The process at Mobeco Group B.V. is largely client driven, in my case it has been smooth and has never been particularly bureaucratic. They have a direct communication and quick response time. Everything, from the moment Mobeco contacted me with a job opportunity up until my first workday, has run smoothly; I could fill in the paperwork digitally, saving me the need to drive to Eindhoven.
