This Engineering Coordinator is part of a team that realizes meters long yachts. You report to the Project Managers and lead your own functionally assigned team of professionals.
Your work includes
- Supervising and realizing engineering documents of assigned technical disciplines;
- Developing a detailed planning- and delivery schedule;
- Acting as the first point of contact to monitor day-to-day progress with authorities, representatives, designers, and subcontractors
- Solving upcoming planning and progress problems;
- Realizing possible synergies;
- Leading, developing, and motivating your assigned team
You have
- A bachelor’s degree or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant working experience;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the maritime industry and/or in the yacht building industry;
- Are decisive, persuasive, and customer-oriented;
- Have a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros;
- Have a good command of the English language, both verbally and written.
