As the Project Leader Shipbuilding, you’re part of the department that realizes the complete construction of the yacht. Your department is responsible for this, along with the mechanical production, exterior production, and interior production departments.
Your tasks include:
- Being the point of contact throughout the complete construction of the yacht;
- Overseeing the project and being responsible for leading the project;
- Coordinating project requirements, deadlines, and schedules;
- Coordinating with interdisciplinary team members from Interior, Exterior, and Casco;
- Closely monitoring planning and budget;
- Coordinating the preparation for production;
- Preparing status reports and project communication plans and advising them;
- Evaluating the projects, taking into account the risks and quality, setting guidelines, and making adjustments where needed.
You
- Have a bachelor’s degree in shipbuilding with 2 years of working experience or have a secondary vocational education with a minimum of 4 years of working experience;
- Have knowledge of drawing applications like Rhino, AutoCAD, and/or Naviworks;
- Have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Have affinity with applying ERP systems.
