Having a leading role over subordinate in-house professionals, they report to the project manager engineering, and work in aligned co-makership with involved partners. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This client is a world-leading Dutch yacht builder renowned for creating fully custom superyachts that combine innovative design, advanced engineering, and exceptional craftsmanship. With a strong commitment to quality and detail, they deliver unique vessels that reflect the individuality of each owner while setting new standards in luxury maritime excellence.<\/p>\n<h2>The responsibilities of the engineering coordinator systems,<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervising and realizing the availability of all engineering documents;<\/li>\n<li>Developing a detailed planning and delivery schedule for engineering documentation in cooperation with the manager and third parties;<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the first point of contact for regulatory authorities, owner&#8217;s representative, designers, and subcontractors to monitor day-to-day progress and alignment of the engineering work;<\/li>\n<li>Solving upcoming planning- and progress problems;<\/li>\n<li>Adjusting and aligning all involved parties and instructing them about standards and working methods;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring a timely and accurate information flow for internal and external parties;<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing the work in such a way goals are achieved within the set deadline;<\/li>\n<li>Working closely together with partners, seeing and realizing possible synergies together;<\/li>\n<li>Leading, developing, and motivating members of an assigned project team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The engineering coordinator systems brings,<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree related to Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Systems engineering, or another technological field related to systems;<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in the ship- or yacht building industry;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience related to the systems-discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in and with leading and developing (project)teams;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and AutoCAD and\/or Rhinoceros;<\/li>\n<li>The competences: customer orientated, decisive, persuasive, helicopter view;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken;<\/li>\n<li>The eligibility to work in The Netherlands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Our offer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A gross salary of \u20ac 5200 up to \u20ac 6500 per month;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent secondary working conditions<\/li>\n<li>Challenging projects within ship and yacht building and offshore<\/li>\n<li>Development is important in our business, which is why we support and encourage you in your personal development<\/li>\n<li>Personal contact and clear communication<\/li>\n<li>If needed, relocation support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With over 15 years of experience, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobeco.nl\/nl\/mobeco\/\">Mobeco<\/a> has established itself as a trusted name in the world of maritime secondment.
