Hear from our employee Nilsu, working as interior engineer and proud to be part of the maritime industry.<\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>My name is Nilsu, and I am 28 years old. Originally, I am from Istanbul, Turkey. I pursued a university degree in Nautical Design.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After graduating, I gained 2,5 years of experience as a yacht designer with leading companies in the industry before I established my own design office without any break. In my office, I managed a team of five people and oversaw various aspects of the marine industry, including product drawings, design, customer relationships, and quality control.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After three years, I\u00a0relocated to the Netherlands. I wanted to broaden my horizons and gain new experiences. I worked as a draftsman for nine months and then transitioned into the role of an interior engineer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Given the specialized nature of this industry, one frequently encounters familiar faces and renowned professionals, which I find particularly enjoyable. The collaborative effort of thousands of people on a single project, resulting in extraordinary outcomes, is a constant\u00a0source of\u00a0motivation for me in the yacht industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I am happy and proud to be a part of this sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>May 18th is International Women in Martime Day.
