The assistant project manager has a key role in ensuring the smooth progress of all projects.
As the assistant project manager, you focus on a big, innovative project. You work closely with the project manager and report to them. This role is crucial to the team, and you truly have a key role.
Your tasks are
- To ensure the smooth progress of projects within established timelines and budgets;
- To support the planning, coordination and execution of the projects from start to finish;
- To assist in the preparation of project plans;
- To coordinate with suppliers;
- To attend various meetings.
You have
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Project Management, or something similar;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the ship- or yacht-building industry or as an assistant project manager elsewhere;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools;
- Strong communication skills;
- A fluent command of the Engish language;
