Design complete lightning installations and safety systems for yachts!
As Hardware Engineer for Lighting and safety, you are responsible for the entire design of luxurious lighting and safety systems on yachts. You’ll do this work based on customer specifications and class requirements.
Your responsibilities are
- Taking the lead in making designs, these include necessary calculations and are based on the client’s requirements and regulations;
- Coordinating the functionality and locations of all lightning systems with the customer and interior supplier;
- Coordinating the functionality and locations of all safety systems with the customer and interior supplier;
- Incorporating both systems into the electrical drawing package.
You
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Have several years of experience as a Hardware Engineer;
- Have an eye for detail but also see the bigger picture;
- Enjoy working as part of a project team in your own area of expertise;
- Work proactively.
