The Naval Architect Superyachts is the technical backbone of the design process from concept to completion.
As the Naval Architect Superyachts, you will work in modern dock halls and well-equipped workshops. You easily translate creative ideas into technically feasible solutions. Together with colleagues, you ensure the high-quality, timely delivery of final designs.
The responsibilities of the Naval Architect Superyachts,
- Monitoring weight control processes;
- Collecting inputs and checking them against budgets;
- Supporting dock plans, launchings, and transportation activities;
- Monitoring feasibility and quality in ship designs;
- Ensuring all designs comply with international regulations and standards;
- Providing input on solving technical challenges and ensuring uniform design standards;
The Naval Architect Superyachts brings,
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Engineering, Shipbuilding, or something similar;
- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the yacht or shipbuilding industry;
- You have knowledge of the construction process of seagoing superyachts;
- You have excellent communication skills in the English language;
- You are pro-active and solution-oriented;
- You have the skill to manage and inform team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner;
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands;
