As an Electrical Engineer Marine Ships, you design and substantiate complex electrical installations for naval vessels and submarines throughout their entire lifecycle.
In this role, you are responsible for calculating, designing, and integrating electrical installations on board naval vessels. You translate functional requirements into reliable electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and substantiating calculations. Throughout the project, you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical support during production, installation, testing, and final handover.
You will work for an internationally operating maritime systems integrator specializing in the integration of electrical and automation systems aboard naval vessels, submarines, and luxury yachts. The organization contributes to both newbuild projects and complex upgrades, remaining involved in the maintenance and modernization of systems throughout a vessel’s entire lifecycle.
You will join a multidisciplinary engineering department where electrical design, automation, and systems integration come together. Projects are technically challenging and highly varied, giving you the opportunity to see your designs progress from engineering to production and installation. Collaboration, innovation, and professional development are central to this technically demanding working environment.
